Strength Workout of the Week

This week’s workout is the workout of “threes”: three circuits in which you do three sets of three different exercises. Perform each exercise of the circuit in a row for one set, rest, and then complete sets two and three before moving on to the other circuits. When I did the workout with three sets of each circuit it took me approximately 60 minutes. Depending on your fitness level (and available time), you can perform just one or two sets of each circuit and still get a great full body workout.
*Remember to always challenge yourself by lifting the heaviest weight you can manage while maintaining proper form.
Warm up: 3 x 20 kettlebell swings with a light weight
