Hope you are having a great weekend! Here’s this week’s strength workout.Tip of the Week: : performing moves while standing on a bosu challenges your stability and requires you to engage your core during the movement. If you don’t have access to a bosu, you can challenge your stability by performing the exercise while standing on one foot instead of two.
Warm up: 5 minutes cardio of your choice. Perform each exercise of the superset back-to-back, rest 30 seconds before completing the additional sets. Perform all sets of the first superset before moving onto the subsequent supersets.
