Strength Workout of the Week

This week’s strength workout is a little different in that it is a one-circuit workout. You’ll complete all 8 exercises, one after another, without resting until you get to the end of the circuit. Rest 1-2 minutes and then repeat the circuit 2 more times. Try to move been exercises as fast as you can. This workout will get your heart rate up and challenge your endurance since you are getting little total rest. Remember to choose the heaviest weight you can handle that allows you to complete each exercise with good form. Enjoy!
