Strength Workout of the Week

Hope your weekends are going well! After a relaxing rest day on Saturday, I woke up bright and early to knock out my first strength workout for the week. I really love the gym on Sunday morning. It’s relatively quiet and empty, and it feels great to get my workout in before most people are awake. An added treat this week was that my husband even got out of bed to join me! Our ‘gym dates’ will be suspended come November (at least until our little one is old enough for the gym daycare) so we have to take advantage of them now!
